Refund and Returns Policy
Shape Optics rigorously inspects and tests all lenses and products to ensure compliance with the highest industry standards, including MIL-STD specifications. We are committed to providing impeccable quality in every lens assembly and optical component, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience. Our commitment is reflected in our promise of complete satisfaction with the quality, delivery, and pricing of our products.
Optical Components Every optical component is backed by a 30-day risk-free warranty. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days via email at [email protected] or by phone at +65-66677359 to secure a Return Authorization Number. Shape Optics is prepared to offer replacement parts, or issue a credit or refund, as per your needs.
Return Policy:
- A Return Authorization Number, which is mandatory for all returns, can be requested by notifying Shape Optics Inc. of any defects. This number remains valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
- Returns must include all original packaging, with the Return Authorization Number prominently displayed inside and outside of the package. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Upon receipt of returned products, we will conduct a thorough inspection and communicate whether a replacement, credit, or refund is warranted.
- Should a replacement be requested, Shape Optics will cover all shipping costs of the replacement item to the buyer. Please note, shipping and handling charges are not included in the refund.
- Refunds will not be provided for items returned 30 days after receipt.
- This warranty excludes products modified in design or intended for future applications, or those subjected to abuse, misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
Lens Design Our lens designs adhere strictly to customer-provided specifications. For further information about our design services, please consult with our sales engineers.
Lens Assembly Shape Optics offers a comprehensive one-year warranty on all lens assemblies, covering all parts and labor.
Warranty Information:
- Our warranty covers defects based on customer specifications and not on applications.
- We provide free technical support, including documentation and expert assistance via email, telephone, and fax, supported by our seasoned engineers throughout the warranty period.
- Non-compliance reports (NCRs) should be submitted to our Singapore office; responses to rejections and investigation requests will be communicated to the customer within 14 days.
- The warranty does not cover products that have been modified or subjected to improper use as outlined previously.
