- Adhesion Test: In compliance with MIL-C-675C military standards, the adhesion test involves applying tape meeting LT-90 specifications to the lens film layer. After vertical removal, the procedure is repeated three times with no blistering or peeling observed.
- Temperature Test: In line with MIL-C-675C standards, test pieces are subjected to -62±1℃ and 71±1℃ temperatures. After two hours at room temperature (16℃ to 32℃), the adhesion test is repeated with no film detachment confirmed.
- Abrasion Resistance: Conforming to MIL-C-675C and CCC-C-440 standards, the test involves applying a force of 1.0 lbs (0.45 kg) to the film, repeated 25 times with no surface damage observed.
- Humidity Test: Under MIL-C-675C standards, test pieces are placed in a controlled chamber set to 49 ±2℃ and 95%-100% humidity for 24 hours. No peeling or scratches occur.
- Solvent and Cleaning: Following MIL-C-675C specifications, test pieces are exposed to acetone and alcohol for 10 minutes each, cleaned with alcohol-soaked cotton cloth, and show no surface damage.
- Salt Spray Test: After 100 hours in a 35°C environment with 5% saltwater, no damage to the film is observed.
