Key Features:

RbTiOPO4- RTP

Description:

RTP (RbTiOPO₄) is a non-linear optical crystal with properties similar to KTP. It features a high damage threshold, making it suitable for high-power laser applications. With a high dielectric constant (ε=11) and resistivity (approx. 10¹¹-10¹²Ω·cm), RTP crystals are ideal for electro-optic applications such as Q-switches, Pockels cells, and pulse pickers.

RTP is a biaxial crystal, often used in paired configurations to eliminate beam walk-off and reduce thermal effects. This dual-crystal setup ensures stable operation in temperature ranges from -50°C to +70°C, provided both crystals are maintained at the same temperature. This configuration further reduces drive voltage requirements, enhancing suitability for military and medical laser systems.
