Fluorescent PCR filter

Fluorescent PCR Filters for RT-qPCR & dPCR | High SNR

Fluorescent PCR Filters are purpose-built for high-precision fluorescence detection in RT-qPCR and dPCR systems. By carefully optimizing center wavelength (CWL) and bandwidth (FWHM), these filters deliver excellent channel isolation for commonly used fluorophores, significantly improving assay accuracy and repeatability—especially in multi-color and multiplex PCR.

Manufactured with advanced dielectric coating processes, SOT’s PCR filters provide high transmittance, sharp spectral edges, and robust environmental durability. Standard models cover a wide fluorophore range from blue to near-IR, while custom designs ensure seamless integration with specific light sources, detectors, and instrument geometries.

Key Features

  • High Transmission & Steep Cut-off: Maximizes fluorescence throughput while sharply suppressing out-of-band noise for accurate quantification.
  • Ultra-Low Crosstalk: Optimized spectral separation minimizes channel overlap, delivering superior signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in multiplex PCR assays.
  • RT-qPCR & dPCR Ready: Engineered for real-time quantitative PCR and digital PCR platforms across life-science and diagnostic workflows.
  • Custom Spectral Design: CWL, FWHM, optical density, angle of incidence, and size can be tailored to specific dyes, detectors, and optical layouts.
  • Proven Durability: Advanced multilayer coatings ensure long-term stability under thermal, humidity, abrasion, and solvent exposure.
