- Adhesion Test: Compliant with MIL-C-675C military standards. The adhesion test involves applying tape that meets LT-90 specifications to the lens film and removing it vertically three times. No blistering or peeling is observed.
- Temperature Test: Filters are subjected to temperatures of -62±1℃ and 71±1℃ as per MIL-C-675C standards. The adhesion test is repeated at room temperature (16℃–32℃) after two hours, confirming no detachment of the film.
- Abrasion Resistance Test: Conforming to MIL-C-675C and CCC-C-440 standards, the abrasion resistance test applies a minimum force of 1.0 lbs (0.45 kg) with a gauze tester, repeated 25 times without damaging the film surface.
- Humidity Test: Filters are placed in a temperature and humidity chamber (49±2℃ and 95%-100% humidity for 24 hours), and the film remains intact with no defects such as peeling or scratches.
- Solvent and Cleaning Testing: In line with MIL-C-675C specifications, filters are exposed to acetone and alcohol for 10 minutes each at room temperature (16℃–32℃). After cleaning with alcohol, no peeling or scratches are observed on the film.
- Salt Spray Test: Filters are tested in a 35°C environment with 5% saltwater for 100 hours. The film remains undamaged, demonstrating excellent resistance to environmental factors.
