4. Coating Quality

The Flow Cytometry Filters undergo stringent testing to meet industry standards:

  • Adhesion Test: Compliant with MIL-C-675C military standards, involving the application of tape (LT-90 specification) to the lens film, followed by vertical removal. No blistering or peeling is observed after three repetitions.
  • Temperature Test: Filters are subjected to temperatures of -62±1℃ and 71±1℃ as per MIL-C-675C specifications. No film detachment occurs after exposure and re-testing at room temperature (16℃–32℃) for two hours.
  • Abrasion Resistance Test: Conforming to MIL-C-675C and CCC-C-440 standards, a gauze tester applies a minimum force of 1.0 lbs (0.45 kg), repeated 25 times, with no damage to the film surface.
  • Humidity Test: The filters are exposed to a controlled temperature and humidity chamber set to 49±2℃ and 95%-100% humidity for 24 hours. The film remains intact without peeling or scratching.
  • Solvent and Cleaning Testing: The filters are exposed to acetone and alcohol for at least 10 minutes at room temperature (16℃–32℃). After air drying and cleaning with alcohol, no peeling or scratches are observed.
  • Salt Spray Test: Filters are tested in a 35°C environment with 5% saltwater for 100 hours, with no signs of damage.
