DKDP(KD*P) switch

Description:

Potassium Dideuterium Phosphate (DKDP or KD*P) crystals are well-known for their low optical loss, high extinction ratio, and excellent electro-optic properties. Widely used in a range of applications, these crystals are typically manufactured with a deuterium content of over 98%. DKDP crystals are commonly used for Q-switching in lasers due to their efficient electro-optic modulation capabilities. They are ideal for pulsed laser systems and are frequently applied in low to medium repetition rate laser aesthetics, laser medicine, and other related fields.

At Shape Optics, we offer advanced crystal fabrication and coating technology to provide electro-optic Q-switches for various laser wavelengths. Our DKDP Q-switches feature high transmission rates, high damage thresholds, and high extinction ratios, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications.
